What you’ll be doing

This role combines technical sales, project management, and customer relationship management. You will closely work together with our engineering and service support teams and partners.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales process from lead enquiry through to negotiation and conversion
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution concepts tailored to customer needs
  • Build and sustain strong, trusted relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Monitor and take control of sales opportunities
  • Track and manage budgets, timelines, and project scope
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records

What we’re looking for

We’re a small team that works hard to exceed customers’ expectations. We’re looking for a motivated person who is proactive and works securely.

To be eligible for this role, you will have:

  • full eligibility to live and work in Australia
  • a valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel to clients as required
  • a tried and proven track record in sales roles with performance results
  • a background in engineering, industrial equipment or technical sales
  • experience in packaging machinery or automation
  • the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and priorities
  • strong communication skills and the ability to engage both customers and technical teams

Additionally, preferred but not essential:

  • understanding of production line layouts and process flow
  • experience in CAD software
  • knowledge of project management tools or methodologies
