FAQ

A turnkey line is a complete packaging line delivered as one project. We handle the design, the choice of technology, integration, installation and commissioning of different machines, and we support the line after handover. You work with one team instead of coordinating several suppliers, and one party is responsible for the result.

Choose a turnkey line when you are building a new line or facility, when several machines need to work together, or when you want one partner accountable for the whole result. A standalone machine is the better choice when you only need to replace or add a single step and it fits your existing line. Tell us about your setup and we’ll give you an honest recommendation based on your packaging process and goals.

Through our technology partners, we cover the whole line from primary packaging to end-of-line packaging solutions such as filling and bagging, closing and sealing, case and tray packing, multipacking, shrink wrapping, pick and place, accumulation conveyors, feeding and product handling, palletising and depalletising, stretch wrapping, AGV/AMR and line automationPackaging line automation. We choose the best technologies that fit your product, budget and goals.

It depends on the size and complexity of the line, how many machines are involved and the lead time of the equipment, which is often manufactured to order in Europe. We agree a timeline with you at the start of the project and keep it on track with regular project meetings.

Our local technicians support your line across Australia and New Zealand, and we work with the machine manufacturer when a problem needs their input, so you don’t have to chase them yourself. Spare parts are available through us as well. We also provide service visits and preventative maintenance to keep your line running reliably.

Tell us about your line, and we will come back with a first proposal.
